Anthropic A.I. Sues AI Company for Trademark Infringement

Anthropic A.I., an artificial intelligence development and design company, is suing A.I. research and development company Anthropic, Inc. for alleged trademark infringement.

Anthropic A.I. alleges that any association with Anthropic “significantly risks the good-will, repute, and ability to advance Anthropic A.I.'s underlying technology and licensing efforts of its proprietary patent pending technology.”

Anthropic Inc., created in 2021, was co-founded by Dario Amodei and Daniela Amodei, who both previously worked at OpenAI, the creator of ChatGPT, Anthropic A.I. said in its complaint.
