Univision allegedly infringed famous portrait photographer Annie Leibovitz’s copyrights by posting her pictures of Caitlyn Jenner without permission, according to an Oct. 1 complaint in the Southern District of New York.
Leibovitz shot a photo spread of Caitlyn Jenner for Vanity Fair in 2015, the first magazine spread of Jenner since she came out as a transgender woman. Univision allegedly posted some of the photos from the spread on its website, without Leibovitz’s permission, for a story about Jenner’s transition.
