Anheuser-Busch Appeals Ban of ‘No Corn Syrup’ Beer Packaging

Anheuser-Busch filed a quick appeal of a Wisconsin federal court’s injunction barring it from stating that Bud Light doesn’t contain corn syrup on the beer’s packaging.

The company asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit Sept. 5 to review the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin’s decision that was issued just one day earlier.
