The publisher of the conservative magazine The American Spectator sued the company that publishes the conservative U.K. magazine The Spectator for trademark infringement in Virginia federal court Wednesday over its new U.S. publications.
The complaint says Press Holdings Media Group launched its Spectator USA website and began publishing a U.S. version of The Spectator magazine—called The Spectator US Edition—within the past two years.
