AHA owns the registered trademarks “AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION” and “HEARTSAVER,” which it frequently uses in conjunction with training courses for first aid, basic life support, emergency cardiovascular care, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation, according to the complaint.
