American Airlines Sues Airline Ticket Middle-Man Skiplagged

In a new federal lawsuit, American Airlines Inc accuses flight search engine Skiplagged Inc of encouraging travelers to breach the airline’s conditions of carriage and deceptively holding itself out as an agent of the airline by using the airline’s trademarked and copyrighted designs.
