A whistleblower failed to show he should get another chance to argue
A New York federal district court properly concluded that the whistleblower didn’t sufficiently allege Amazon had knowledge of foreign manufacturers’ false claims, Judge José A. Cabranes of the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit said in an opinion to affirm dismissal.
