Amazon, Vizio Smart TVs Among Targets of DivX Patent Cases (1)

Dozens of Vizio Inc.’s and Amazon.com Inc.’s smart televisions, along with Amazon’s Fire line of tablets and streaming devices, are facing potential import bans for allegedly infringing as many as five DivX LLC patents for technology licensed to The Walt Disney Co. and Element TV Co.
