Amazon Fails to Get Texas Lawsuit Over Mesh-WiFi Patents Moved

Amazon.com Inc. lost its bid to move patent-infringement claims targeting mesh WiFi systems made by its Eero LLC unit from the Texas federal court where TrackThings LLC sued it.

The federal judge overseeing the case in Texas denied the online retail and tech giant’s bid to move the case to San Francisco, where Eero is based.
