A New York federal district judge correctly found that Teri Woods Publishing LLC’s licensing agreement didn’t restrict the distribution method of the author’s books by Audible and other co-defendants, and thus TWP failed to allege viable copyright claims, according to a summary order filed in the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Urban Audio Books LLC and Blackstone Audio Inc. were also defendants in the case.
