Adam Heasley joined Alston & Bird as a partner in its finance group in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Heasley advises private credit lenders, borrowers, and sponsors in financing transactions, focusing on acquisition and recapitalization credit facilities and asset-based lending. He also guides clients in structuring inter-creditor arrangements and through workouts and restructurings, the firm said.
