Alphatec, SeaSpine Face Surgeon’s Lawsuits on Spine Patents

Alphatec and SeaSpine each sells tools and systems to align the spine that an orthopedic surgeon and inventor said infringe his patents for the technology.

  • Dr. Mark A. Barry is seeking cash compensation in amounts to be determined at trial, according to complaints filed Wednesday in federal court in Wilmington, Delaware
