Alpha Modus Sues Allerin in Patent Suit Over Consumer Data Tech

Alpha Modus Corp. filed a patent infringement lawsuit against India-based Allerin Tech Pvt. Ltd. concerning customer insight data technology.

Allerin’s All View platform uses similar methods as 10 patents, including US Patent Nos. 10,360,571, 11,042,890 and 12,026,731, according to a complaint filed Sept. 12 in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Alpha Modus said Allerin’s alleged infringement has caused a loss of business opportunities, revenue and lowered the value of the patents.
