In the heart of London’s theater district, a short walk from bustling Leicester Square, lies a quiet street lined with bookshops and antique stores. One of its quirkier emporiums, Alice Through the Looking Glass, sells Lewis Carroll books and prints and themed items such as a furry rabbit mask with giant ears that’d be perfect for a costume party.

The small boutique, which used to house a pet white rabbit in its window, is taking on a gigantic legal battle.
