Brooklyn-based online salmon seller Wild Alaskan Inc. allegedly ripped off the name and business model of an Alaska salmon company, according to a complaint filed in Alaska federal court.
Wild Alaska Salmon & Seafood Inc. said Thursday that WAI’s founder visited its facilities multiple times before selling salmon online to consumers under a confusingly similar company name.
