An artificial intelligence company accused a bus-equipment supplier of copying a patented system for detecting vehicles in dedicated bus lanes.
Hayden AI Technologies Inc. says in its complaint filed Monday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York that bus supplier Safe Fleet Holdings LLC “freeloaded on the significant investment by, and innovative work of technologists and engineers at Hayden AI” and began “offering a copycat product at a lower price.”
