Adobe Patent Suit Should Go to California, Federal Circuit Says

An Adobe Inc. patent infringement suit should be litigated in California where the company is based, not in Texas, the Federal Circuit said Tuesday.

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California’s convenience outweighs the Western District of Texas’s alleged ability to move the case faster, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit said.
