Adobe Patent Suit Move Out of Waco Challenged at Supreme Court

A Western District of Texas judge who has courted patent cases “should be applauded for managing a fast-paced docket” rather than having the Federal Circuit second-guess his decisions on transfer motions, a patent owner suing Adobe Inc. told the U.S. Supreme Court.
