Adobe Could Face Monetary Costs Related to FTC Investigation

Adobe received communication in November 2023 from the Federal Trade Commission asserting it had the authority to enter into settlement negotiations regarding its investigation. The defense or resolution could involve “significant monetary costs or penalties,” Adobe said in a statement.
