The three lawsuits, all filed in the Southern District of Florida, tackle dozens of websites that Adidas alleges have incorporated at least one of its trademarks in their website domain names “to divert consumers looking for Plaintiffs’ genuine websites to their own website for commercial gain.”
Websites targeted in the complaints include “fakeyeezys.com,” “adidassale.fun,” and “famouslineshoe.com.”
