Acuitas Fights GSK Claims on Pfizer, BioNTech Covid-19 Shot (1)

Acuitas Therapeutics Inc. asked a federal court to find the Covid-19 vaccine Comirnaty doesn’t infringe five patents at issue in GSK Plc’s separate lawsuit seeking a share of the billions of dollars Acuitas’ partners Pfizer Inc. and BioNTech SE have made from it.
