Activision’s ‘G.I. Bro’ Copyright Win Over Booker T Affirmed

Evidence to impeach an Activision Blizzard Inc. witness was properly excluded from wrestler Booker T’s copyright infringement trial over a character in the video game-maker’s Call of Duty series, the Fifth Circuit ruled Thursday.
