Anti-Abortion Group Opposes Ending Pregnancy-Saving Speech Suit

An anti-abortion group argued that it must be allowed to proceed with a federal lawsuit to stop California from suing it for false advertising in an effort to unconstitutionally suppress speech the state disfavors.
