Abbott Says Rival DexCom Breached Patent-License Agreement

An Abbott Laboratories unit asked a Delaware federal court to clear its FreeStyle Libre products -- the first commercially available continuous glucose monitoring system that avoids fingersticks -- of any infringement claims by DexCom over five patents.
