AAA Files Lawsuit Against Truck Insurance Company Using AAA Name

The American Automobile Association Inc. sued the AAA Truck Agency Corp. in Texas federal court, alleging that the truck insurance company infringed six famous trademarks associated with the AAA brand.

AAA, a nonprofit known for providing emergency road services to members, said it learned in March that AAA Truck Agency was using the mark and the confusingly similar domain name aaatruckinsurance.com.
