A group of US airmen and officers challenging the U.S. Air Force’s Covid-19 vaccination policies can move forward with their claims, despite the Air Force having lifted its vaccine mandate last year, a federal appellate court ruled.
Six Air Force appellants plausibly allege an “ongoing harm,” claiming that they remain subject to an allegedly unlawful accommodations process, said Judge Jeremy D.
