Rapper 50 Cent asked a California federal judge to enforce settlement of his publicity rights suit after a horror movie producer allegedly reneged before finalizing a deal to resolve the dispute.

Ryan Kavanaugh allegedly agreed to all material terms of an agreement by email on May 12 before trying to change critical parts of the deal, a Tuesday filing in the US District Court for the Central District of California said.
