10x Genomics Sues Startup Parse Biosciences for Patent Royalties

10x Genomics Inc. filed a federal patent-infringement lawsuit in Delaware alleging that Parse Biosciences Inc. “intends nothing less than to copy 10x’s complete lineup of single-cell products wholesale,” including through its Evercode Whole Transcriptome line of single-cell gene expression products and its forthcoming “ATAC-seq” product.
