CannaKorp Inc.'s challenge to a customs ruling blocking its imports of a cannabis vaporizer system must be thrown out, the Court of International Trade ruled July 11 (CannaKorp, Inc. v. United States, Ct. Int’l Trade, 17-00092, 7/11/17).
The company can’t bring its case until it tries to import the merchandise and is blocked.
