US Trade Representative Jamieson Greerand Indian officials stepped up efforts to strengthen economic ties as they sought to resolve the remaining differences holding up an interim trade agreement, with talks extending into Wednesday.

The US trade chief met India’s Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal and other senior officials in New Delhi on Tuesday, according to a post from Goyal on X.
