US Plans New Sanctions to Restrict Russia’s Energy Trade: Nikkei

The Biden administration is considering additional financial sanctions on Russia in an effort to prohibit US banks from dealing with Gazprombank, Nikkei reports, citing unidentified people including European Union officials.
