U.S. Can’t Meet China ‘Halfway’ in Trade Talks, Navarro Says

Markets now have “total certainty” on tariffs for the next few months and the levies should have no material effect on growth, Peter Navarro, the White House trade adviser, says in interview on Fox Business Network.
