Trump’s Empty Tariff Threats Start to Pile Up: Supply Lines

For the fourth time in less than three weeks, President Donald Trump is threatening to increase tariffs on a major US trading partner.

The latest target is South Korea, where the legislature “is not living up to its Deal with the United States,” Trump complained on social media late Monday. He pledged to put a 25% tax on imports from South Korea, compared with the current 15% levy.
