Trump Must Disclose Uranium Report, Conservative Group Says

The Trump administration must release a report about trade restrictions the president considered placing on uranium imports, a conservative group claims in a new lawsuit.

The administration has repeatedly invoked its authority under Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962 to investigate foreign imports for their purported harm to U.S. national security. President Donald Trump used this authority to impose controversial tariffs on steel and aluminum imports.
