Solar Maker That Won One Trade Fight May Now Face a Mexico One

U.S. solar-panel maker SunPower Corp. just finished overhauling its supply chain and won an exemption to survive the tariffs that the Trump administration slapped on solar imports last year. Now it could find itself caught in another trade war—this time, between the U.S. and Mexico.
