Project 2025 Author Cancels Plan to Meet With Carney’s Cabinet

Prime Minister Mark Carney’s cabinet planned to hear from a key architect of Project 2025 as the Canadian government tries to strike a trade deal with US President Donald Trump, but the appearance was canceled last minute.

Kevin Roberts, president of the Heritage Foundation, was one of the guests scheduled to address Canadian ministers during meetings of Carney’s inner circle in Toronto, ahead of the fall sitting of Parliament. But on Thursday morning, Carney’s office said Roberts could no longer make the trip.
