Paper File Folders From China, India, Vietnam Injure US Industry

The US International Trade Commission has determined that a US industry is materially injured due to imports of paper file folders from China, India, and Vietnam, according to the agency Tuesday.

The Department of Commerce has determined these products are sold in the US at less than fair value and subsidized by the government of India.

The Commission’s affirmative determinations will result in antidumping duty orders of paper file folders from China, India, and Vietnam as well as a countervailing duty order on imports of the product from India, the agency said.
