LATAM Airlines Group is seeking a final commitment from the U.S. Export-Import Bank for a long-term loan in excess of $100 million, according to a Federal Register notice scheduled to be published April 25 (FR Doc. 2014-09455).
The transaction would support the export of U.S.-manufactured aircraft to Chile. The aircraft would be used for long-haul passenger air service between Chile and destinations throughout the world.
