Lashify and Competitor Finalize Settlement, Including Import Bar

Chinese beauty company Hollyren agreed to an injunction prohibiting it from manufacturing and importing certain artificial eyelash kits to settle Lashify Inc.’s July 2022 patent infringement lawsuit.

Qingdao Hollyren Cosmetics Co. will stop US imports and sales, including helping third parties, after it fulfills orders made on or before August 30, according to a stipulation filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas. Lashify and Hollyren told the court in late October they were nearing a settlement, and discussing terms and payment structures.
