ITC Issues Technology Agreement Report, Lists Nine Product Codes as Import Sensitive

The U.S. International Trade Commission Nov. 5 released a report identifying nine product codes as import sensitive that are being considered for coverage under the proposed expansion of the Information Technology Agreement.

The ITC report covers a draft list of information and communications technology (ICT) products, compiled by the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, that could be considered for duty-free treatment under the ITA.
