No dumping or countervailing duties will apply on hardwood plywood from China as a result of the International Trade Commission’s negative determinations in its final phase antidumping and countervailing duty investigations.
The ITC Nov. 5 found that the U.S. industry is neither materially injured nor threatened with material injury by imports of hardwood plywood from China, which the Commerce Department has determined are subsidized and sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.
