India Trade Minister to Visit Canada for FTA Talks, Meet Carney

India and Canada will hold talks on a proposed free trade agreement from May 25 to 27, Indian Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal told reporters on Saturday.

Goyal said he will meet Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney and his trade counterpart during the visit, which will also include meetings with Canadian pension funds. A business delegation of more than 150 people is expected to accompany the minister.
