Ford Motor Co. faces a tenfold increase in tariffs on vans made in Turkey and then modified in the U.S. after a federal appeals court found the company tried to sidestep duties.

The June 7 ruling by the Federal Circuit is a sign companies that try to avoid duties by altering products will get blowback in U.S. courts as the Trump administration cracks down on imports.
