Baseball season may be officially over, but import duties on ballplayers’ favorite snack could soon come before the highest bench in the land.

Well Luck Co., a U.S. food distributor which supplies Asian supermarkets, bakeries, restaurant suppliers, and wholesalers around the nation, is hoping the Supreme Court will take up its challenge to how Customs and Border Protection classified sunflower seed imports, which stuck them with 17.9 percent import duties.
