Flooring Importer Challenges Trump Administration’s China Duties

A U.S. importer of vinyl floor tiles is challenging the Trump administration’s escalation of what the company calls an “unprecedented, unbounded, and unlimited trade war impacting over $500 billion in imports” from China at the U.S. Court of International Trade.

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative conducted an investigation into China’s intellectual property policies and practices under Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974.
