The US International Trade Commission has made an affirmative determination on pure magnesium imports from China, according to the USITC Wednesday.
The Commission has ruled that evoking the existing antidumping duty order would likely lead to continuation of material injury.
The existing order on imports of Chinese pure magnesium will remain in place, said the agency.
