Europe’s diesel imports are poised to drop to a multimonth low in December despite a surge in 
Diesel and gasoil imports in the European Union and the UK are expected to be about 1.04 million barrels a day this month, according to early estimates from analytics firm Kpler. That’s about 6% below November volumes.
