European Union member states are scheduled to be briefed Wednesday on the latest in trade discussions with the US, and there are concerns in Brussels that tough negotiations over key issues aren’t over.

Earlier this month, US President Donald Trump’s administration sent the EU a fresh proposal for implementing “reciprocal, fair and balanced” trade, Bloomberg News reports today.
