EU to Offer New Plan to Advance US Trade Deal: Supply Lines

The European Union is set to pitch the US on an action plan to implement the next phase of the trade agreement the two sides reached this summer.

The so-called implementation action plan would focus on five areas, people familiar with the matter tell Bloomberg News. Those areas include tariffs and market access, where the EU is seeking lower rates for several additional goods including wines and spirits.
