EU to Circulate Revised WTO Proposal at G-20 Meeting (1)

European Trade Commissioner Cecilia Malmstroem Nov. 16 said she plans to introduce a revised proposal to reform the World Trade Organization during the Group of 20 leaders summit at the end of the month.

“The European Union is firmly committed to try to do everything to save the system; to get out of the crisis; to reform the system in a deep and comprehensive way,” Malmstroem said at an event in Paris hosted by the French Ministry of Economy and Finances.
